Custom Insoles
Custom insoles have been successfully used for a number of years to treat problems associated with lower limb biomechanics and foot posture that are contributing to pains in the feet or elsewehere. A common feature in insoles would be the arch support, however, insoles contain much more than that depending on the individual case.
Foot Scan
As part of the process to understand what is truly needed for each person, we take a series of static and dynamic foot scans to learn more about pressure points and the walking pattern of each individual foot. This ensures that nothing is missed out when designing the insoles.
Biomechanical Examination
A series of biomechanical tests is performed to assess several aspects of the lower limbs such as joint range of motion, leg length, foot posture, muscle flexbility, and others. Such tests help us arrive at the correct diagnosis, and determine what is needed to alleviate the symptoms.
